In a small saucepan, combine egg nog, cream, nutmeg and salt; bring to a simmer over medium heat. Meanwhile, whisk together brandy and cornstarch in a small bowl; add to eggnog mixture and cook until thickened, about 30 seconds. Off heat, gradually whisk in white chocolate until completely smooth.
